Our traditional blend EVO mainly obtained from Leccino with the addition of Grignan, Frantoio, Taggiasca, Nocellara del Belice, Pendolino and Maurino Italian cultivars. Olives are manually harvested in variable proportion in October, at the middle veraison ensuring a great quality.

BESUC® Classic is sweet and equilibrate connoted by a persistent green fruity taste, a pleasant pungency with an appreciable grass, almond and artichoke scent.

Taste it on delicate dishes, fish tartares, Piedmontese “Fassone” meat tartare, green salads and raw vegetables.
